As hotel experts we know that many times accommodation services are offered to companies or travel agencies. Therefore, our PMS allows you to add company profiles to create your current accounts and manage your reservations.
To add a company to the PMS, you must go to the “Settings” field on the left side of the Home Page. Then, click on “Agents” and “+Add New Record“.
Once there, you must fill in the company data and VAT requirements.
Click on “Add” when you have completed all the company data (Registered Business N°, contact details and customer type).
To assign a reservation to the company, you must go to the Calendar, click on the desired reservation and click on the “Modify” button.
Then, in the section “Agent voucher” select the desired company, click on “Update“.
And you are done!
