To extract the guest database with all the contact data, it is necessary to enter the “Reservations” button located on the left side menu.
Then click on “Reservations Inquiry” and select the desired filters. That is to say, filter according to dates, contact data or even according to the sales channel through which the reservation was made, whether it was a booking engine or different OTAs.
In the left margin of this section you will be able to visualize all the available filters.
Once you have chosen the filters, click on the top button “Search“. The system will return all the collected data.
If you click on “Export as Excel” a document with all the guest data will be downloaded.
This function is ideal for extracting guest emails and generating mailing campaigns.
